Alfa Romeo Brera was born from a concept car with the same name, presented at 2002 Geneva Motor Show. The car entered series production three years later, in 2005, and also underpinned a convertible called Alfa Romeo Spider. The car was designed by famous Italian Giorgetto Giugiaro, at Italdesign Giugiaro. The production figures for the Brera are about 21,000 units for the whole period (2005-2010). This particular model featured here has a top of the line trim level. The only thing that is missing is the navigation system. The engine is the entry-level 2.2 JTS (petrol). The car was purchased by a Romanian architect in 2009. He used the car for only 450 km. Than this Brera remained in his garage until spring 2015, when it was bought by Cristian N. – Romanian car enthusiast, Alfa Romeo fan and owner. Even if it entered in our encyclopedia and digital museum 7 years after it was manufactured, this Alfa Romeo Brera is like new, with less than 4,000 km on the clock.
