Here we have the fifth generation Ford Mondeo, powered by Ford’s 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine, with four cylinders, and 180 hp. This is the most powerful 2.0 TDCi engine to date and it has more power than the 2.2-litre TDCi (175 hp) that it replaces. For the launch only a manual transmission with 6+R gears is available.
